Pricing questions

Is there a per-message fee?

No. Flat monthly rate regardless of how many estimates you submit or how many texts go out. Submit 5 estimates a month or 50. Same price.

What's the setup fee for?

The $149 setup fee (Tier 1 only) covers your dedicated phone number, A2P 10DLC carrier registration, custom message templates, and your onboarding call. One-time. Tiers 2 and 3 have no additional setup fee.

Can I upgrade tiers later?

Yes. You can move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or 3 at any time. The difference in monthly rate is prorated. There's no additional setup fee for upgrades.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month on all plans. Give 30 days notice and your account closes at the end of that billing period. No cancellation fee.

Do you work with multiple locations?

Yes. If you have multiple business locations or employees, contact us. We can configure accounts accordingly. Pricing is per business account.

What if I'm not satisfied?

If it's not working for you in the first 30 days, contact us. We'll make it right. We'd rather earn your business than fight over a month's billing.
