Booked Out ("we," "our," or "us") provides SMS follow-up services to service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
End customers receive SMS messages only because the business client submitted their information after an in-person or phone estimate interaction. Business clients are required to have obtained appropriate consent from their customers as a condition of using Booked Out.
Any end customer may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. Opt-outs are processed immediately and no further messages are sent to that number. Replying HELP to any message returns contact information for support.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share data only as necessary to operate the service:
All data processors are required to handle data in compliance with applicable law.
Estimate and message data is retained for the duration of the client relationship and for 90 days after account cancellation, then deleted. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to prevent re-contact of opted-out numbers.

Business clients may request a copy of the data we hold about their account or request account deletion by contacting us. End customers who wish to have their phone number and message history removed from our system may contact us at the address below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
